I returned a ring for a replacement due to the stone rattling the man said he would send another ring. After a while I messaged to see how long it would be only to be told it doesn't rattle and a jeweller said the stone was safe. They sent the ring back and it rattles still. I have gone through ebay for a refund due to the fact this company refuses to acknowledge or help customers.
