The item looked good in the ad but mine was machined poorly as far as the cutouts for the different sizes. Some of the sizes look like the machining was done better than others. For my bike size 13 was not machined well and evenly and it was hard to get on or off the spokes due to its "Untrue" curved edges. Truing a wheel really requires a quality tool that fits perfectly. This may work for minor adjustments, as long as your size comes machined,"True".
