So I went back when changed model and they were awesome. I had a problem where after dropping the tool the end ‘nubbin’ snapped in the tightening bolt. Autosave gave some good ideas in recovering the fitting as it had the end of the Allen key in the hole and arranged to obtain a new tool and replacement bolts. If you want Thule go nowhere else or you’ll regret it.
