    This product was defective. It did not work. The seller suggested new batteries, but to no avail. I received nothing but plastic for my 10.00. Terrible value. I had huge reservations buying from ebay. I took the risk and was scammed.

    I am sorry to hear you experienced issues with the item, but I offered troubleshooting suggestions and clearly explained the eBay return process, which allows any buyer to request a full refund if an item is defective. Unfortunately, you did not pursue that option, which would have led to a resolution. I stand behind my items and have successfully resolved similar issues with buyers who follow eBay policy.
