Seit den 1960er Jahren ist unbestritten, dass Bildung in der Erwachsenenbildung vor allem ein Gruppenprozess ist. In dieser Arbeit zeigt der Autor Methoden der positiven Gestaltung des Gruppenklimas in der Sonderausbildung Intensivpflege auf und versucht die Auswirkungen dieser Methode auf neurobiologischer Basis zu erlautern. Weiterhin betrachtet er die Lehr-/Lernmethode des Problembasierten Lernens (PBL) mit einem besonderen Augenmerk auf das kooperative Lernen. Die Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die folgenden Fragestellungen: 1. Welche Massnahmen zur Steuerung der Gruppendynamik koennen aus der bestehenden Literatur zur Gruppendynamik abgeleitet werden, um in der Sonderausbildung Intensivpflege ein foerderliches Lernklima in Bezug auf die Atmosphare in der Gruppe zu erreichen? 2. Eignet sich die Methode des Problembasierten Lernens (PBL) als Lehr-/Lernmethode bei welcher kollaborativ gelernt wird, fur die SAB Intensivpflege? 3. Wie lassen sich die Auswirkungen von kollaborativem Lernen auf neurobiologischer Ebene erklaren?
