I am giving a neutral rating because the outside brush measured .35, and specifications for the brushes is .394 long minimum. I am looking for some newer brushes now that are within spec. At least these brushes are better than the brushes I have if I can't find a new set for this old motorcycle. The seller probably didn't know the brushes were out of spec. The wires were in very poor condition so I used the wires I had which were good.
