They disclose that you might have to pay something upon arrival on the listing, but I would have never purchased if they had given an indication of the amount I would have to pay. The import taxes are not their fault, but the responsibility to prepare the buyer for the cost is. If you reside in Canada, I would say great seller.

After making the purchase UPS notified me I needed to pay a tariff. I verified it and it wasn't a scam. Why didn't the seller know about the tariff since it was being shipped to the US? Maybe this is something eBay is still working out since the tariffs are new.
