There was one close up photo that showed tape on the box but it was not clear and nothing was stated in the description. Seller was not willing to offer any partial refund for ruining the box of this rare collectible player. The photos misrepresented the state of this item and the seller was not willing to admit they were in the wrong. I was only asking for $20 back.

I watched the delivery driver drop the box from about four feet up and scurry back to his truck. The receiver still works but now the top of the face plate is cracked and the case looks like Bigfoot stepped on it. I've left two verbal complaints with FedEx and one digital but haven't heard from them with any resolution. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks. Before shipped and after pictures included.
