    I am sorry for your experience, but not quite how it went down. I had been in contact with you, advising I was out of town with my full-time job. When I did get back and advised difficulty locating this particular monitor, I offered to send you a monitor that was very comparable - actually a bit newer and better according to industry critics and expert feedback. As soon as you expressed displeasure I offered you a full refund. Sorry again pal for the inconvenience. You got your money back.
