    Contacted seller to see if stopper was stuck, the responded "no" so I purchased. after they posted a tracking number, they then told me the stopper was stuck. I wanted to cancel the order but they did not cancel, so i made an offer on the bottle with the stuck stopper and they accepted. I asked them to refund the difference and they did not and another day later they back tracked on the offer. I asked them to cancel and refund my money but they have not. Lied to twice. Very unhappy.
