No communication and was poorly packaged- items were all placed in a plastic bag shopping bag with a thin layer of paper on top and beneath with a single layer of bubble wrap on the top. One item arrived damaged due to the poor packaging, however, it was an item I did not care about but that may not have been the case had another person bought this lot of toys.
