- y***5 (3)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWas well packaged and survived the journey intact. I did manage to get it working after a little trial and error. Printhead was stuck on the right side as the black ink cartridge it came with had dislodged slightly and the chip on the magenta cartridge was too badly scratched to be readable. Had to use a butter knife to push the black cartridge back in place then I was able to replaced the magenta with a brand new one. Works like a charm now.
