My gripe was that I had no correspondence from The Nile to let me know what stage it was at, as I had ordered this as a gift for a birthday on 23/09/25 I was anxious to know. Aust Post also failed as it took 11 days for delivery (26/09/25), tracking didnt appear to be moving. Meanwhile I had to purchase another birthday gift. I'm sure It was a one off bad experience.
