The laces were stained and there were scuffs on the shoes. It reality this should have been listed as a used item. But for the price point the condition was acceptable. With a little elbow grease I was able to make them look good as new. Shipping was convenient and fast. But in the future is an item has been used just list it as such and state they are like new but not new other.
