But when you ask for refund, the seller answers rudely, because he has a fine feedback, and no intention to reimburse. You must wait several days (the item never arrived), and then, finally, e-bay gives you back the money. It's not a big deal, but I didn't like the way the seller has reacted to a simple, normal request. I asked to wait instead of opening a case immediately. I did send thousands of packages in my life, as I had a mailorder once, and only 2 got lost (to Mexico and Russia). I had 100% positive feedback all the while and I am not responsible for the postal service which is either much too slow or completely unreliable in this case.
