Their products are amazing and like new. I ordered a Lenovo with Windows 11. Computer arrived & well packed & like new. Unfortunately the screen was on an 18 inch stand so looking at the screen my neck hurt due to fractured vertebrae. I knew they did returns so contacted them - my fault entirely as ordered the wrong item. They couldn't have been more helpful. Amazing customer service - thank you.

I was then sent two Widows 11 PCs with 21H2 which has "reached the end of service" and needs updating to 24H2 which Microsoft says these PCs are not equipped for, so I will have to settle for out of date Windows 11. These PCs were cheap and each and came with wired keyboard and mouse and some cables. I expected better but the lesson here is you get what you pay for.
