    This was a failure on our behalf because when the buyer sent multiple messages before purchasing complaining about shipping cost & how they could buy it someplace else with free shipping the buyer should have been blocked. Instead they were allowed to purchase the item anyway knowing they were unhappy before ever purchasing. If your not happy with what you are purchasing we prefer you do not buy it. In cases where the buyer can't seem to make that decision themselves we will make it for them.
