I would suggest checking out their negative feedback to see how many purchases never arrived. Good points were that after contacting them, I was refunded quickly. I’m at a loss to know why despatch isn’t as good as customer service. Didn’t want to leave negative feedback but if you dont get what you buy, what can you do?
