However in person its easy to see & feel the chipped area as it is sharp. Interior of stone is exposed & ear area recessed. Contacted seller when I received, to let them know w/pic. Never responded in 5 days. I wrote again that I would like to return the item (when originally I hadn't). Seller became sarcastic saying a refund was issued & said to enjoy my FREE item, feeling the amount I paid $15 wasn't worth their time.
