For example I requested to cancel 2 hours before my item was shipped and yes it’s suspicious because i contacted several times before i even canceled and all i got was the automated message. But when I said i was going to return a real person finally messages me back so beware of that! Other than that it was okay Wouldn’t purchase from them again though.
