Well they drop shipped it from Oklahoma and it took 15 days before I recieved my order. As far as communication goes it's pretty much non existent, it took 5 days to get a reply. I would not advise using them if communication and quick delivery is what you are looking for. I hate leaving negative reviews but they deserve this one.
