    Upon arrival the flash did not work, the screen turned on once tested, but when it was turned on again the green light would turn on but the screen was completely black and non functional. I reached out to the seller but unfortunately did not get much communication back.

    First day you claimed flash doesn't work . second day you claimed screen doesn't work , every other day u claim new issue , i told u to use alkaline batteries , i tested my self before posting and it was my personal cam . posting negative feedback doesn't do you any good , all you have to do is return it for full refund . i don't refund payments unless i get my item back .
