I contacted the seller to make things right and I jumped through all of these hoops to get a refund even taking the package to USPS for the insurance and nothing. The item wasn't protected. The item was described as not broken and the shipping didn't make it. Very disappointed. I don't even have the broken pieces anymore as I had to turn it into the post office. This seller just took my money and took forever to respond.
