    The item I received was broken. I contacted the seller to make things right and I jumped through all of these hoops to get a refund even taking the package to USPS for the insurance and nothing. The item wasn't protected. The item was described as not broken and the shipping didn't make it. Very disappointed. I don't even have the broken pieces anymore as I had to turn it into the post office. This seller just took my money and took forever to respond.

    This sadly a very inaccurate review. The item was meticulously packed with bubble wrap and paper, you can see in the photos. The customer sent us a photo of a completely shattered item in a box with virtually no external damage. We immediately filed a claim with USPS, which they ultimately denied citing suspicious circumstances. We bent over backwards to allow this customer to keep the item instead of returning it, which they refused to do. Very unethical.
