It seems to me, that if you haven't actually shipped the item, you should accept cancellations or at least accept returns. The seller didn't provide a reason for the delay in shipping and didn't apologize. Either would have gone a long way to making this better. Communication is often key. There was none.

The item that arrived was not as described and he refused to take it back. eBay found in my favor and gave me a return packing slip. I sent it and it’s been sitting at his local post office for 11 days and running. He’s obviously playing games with the return. Do not deal with this guy- extremely unreliable!!
