        Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and the item still hasn’t shipped. I politely requested a cancellation, which the seller personally denied, despite the clear delay. As an e-commerce seller myself, I find that kind of customer service unacceptable. If you’re not going to ship promptly, at least let buyers cancel. Zero communication from the seller outside of rejecting my cancellation request. Do not buy from this seller.
