    Books were shipped in a box with no packing or bubble wrap. A couple of books came shuffled with books in between the books and one of the covers was folded over. The taping on the outside of the box was coming off. Shipping was horrible but everything else was fine. The damage wasn’t bad enough to request a return but now I’m having to bend this cover back.
