      Item was listed as new, received dirty, broken and missing parts. Listing photo showed item in box and could not see the damaged and missing parts. First Photo shows broken parts. Second photo shows spotlight broken and reattached in wrong position as it should be taller. Third photo shows missing Bell in center of dash. Seller apologized and said he would issue a refund. I offered to return item. Seller no longer replies to my messages and it’s been a month and has not issued a refund.

      As I told you before, I did not know of these damages beforehand and was willing to give you back money if you still wanted to keep the item. You went through eBay's customer service, so we have been waiting for them to dispute the payment as it says. It is they taking the time as of now. I would've refunded it myself, but you chose the customer service route.
