- c***r (85)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseVery fast delivery. Unfortunately the CPU does not fulfill what I was hoping for, which was to speed up my old Dell Latitude 6520 by replacing it's stock Intel Core i7 2720QM with this Intel Core i7 2860QM. According to 3 runs of Cinebench R23 the multi core result is 3% higher but the single core result is 8% lower with this "stronger" CPU with it's 0,3 GHz higher clock speed and 2MB larger L3 Cache. The Dell laptop does not allow any CPU related adjustments in BIOS, so i probably won't use itFollow-up from: c***r- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Rebooting Windows11 several times, it finally recognized the new CPU and now Cinebench R23 completed single and multi core run with the results I was hoping for. Great seller. Thumbs up.
