The postman delivered to the wrong address and scanned delivered and I had to wait a few days for the item to be rerouted to me. I recommend if this happens to another buyer that the seller provides the buyer evidence of purchase of insurance which can be used to file a claim at USPS by either seller or buyer. This would help the buyer recover his/her loss.
