        We got it home, noticed that not only one of the keys didn't work (which he said was listed in the original post), when we used it with one of the plug in programs we had, two other keys were periodically fading in and out. I started the process with the return immediately and when I was typing up the description, I mentioned the "G" key not working, but did not notate the other issue. Completely on me... however, the seller had a 30-day return policy for any reason. Now he is harrasing me.

        Calling them out for not reading the description and then fabricating nonexistent problems is not harassment and the policy was honored.
