Didn't mention scratches under 5X magnification. All the 3rd Party Grading services use at least 5X magnification. I was going to submit this coin to a 3rd party Grading Service. PCGS/NGC because I thought from the listing pictures it looked like a good coin to Grade. NOT!!

This was a bait and switch. Coin received didn't look anything like the coin pictured. Seems to be happening more and more lately on E Bay. It's on me, my fault, nobody twisted my arm to purchase this coin.
