    Item arrived in resealed original box. Cartridge bag was already opened - NOT SEALED as described. Cartridge ruined my printer and made a huge mess of toner everywhere. I am still dealing with it. Seller refunded purchase, however I would still be better off if I never made purchase.

    A HP cartridge is a separate entity and i have been in the printing business over 40 years and never seen a cartridge ruin a printer. Maybe your fuser is bad. that was a spare cartridge. from one of my customers.that i got back in on a trade in.You are a lair. I have a no hassle return policy. Why have you not returned me the cartridge yet? I have refunded you your money.
