My negative remark isn't necessarily directed at the seller. The box came intact but the case and machine were upside down. The internal packaging could have been a bit more in quantity. The case was cracked in multiple areas and not useable. That said, I believe it saved the sewing machine. I only had to replace a broken spindle and bend the metal bobbin arm back into place.

It did NOT say “not working” This has missing parts, tangles thread inside, pry marks, a seized motor, sticky dirty cord,top doesn’t close, among other issues.When I purchased, I sent a message to the seller stating how pleased I was to get a replacement machine for my 90 y/o mother since hers broke. The seller had seller had the opportunity to say it was in non working order but did not!
