    The box was torn, and it was a very flimsy one. The unit was packed in a box too big for the unit. Also, the packing foam was paper-thin. I hope nothing is wrong with it. I will plug it in for a test today. If so i will be returning it. see pics

The box used is the correct size to accommodate the many layers of the packing foam used. 32ECT is the recommended box for the weight of this device, and that is what we used. Please hold your feedback until you notice anything wrong with the device and not feedback the packaging that saved your item from damage.
