You can see from the photos on the original listing that all 3 discs were present. After photographing an item, it is immediately wrapped in bubble wrap and taped up before being stored. There is a hinged disc holder that holds disc 1 on one side and disc 2 on the other, did you check both sides of the disc holder as it must be there as it was as you can see from the photos.
