Maybe we can help. Yes Chinese Made stuff doesn't always work right but there's often a reason why. Did you check Polarity ? Make sure it's not running backwards. Is the hamster wheel the same or do you need to re-use your old one. If there actually is a problem with the fan contact us first and we could have resolved any issue you have.
