The seller's address is listed as an America address but they provided no tracking until I actually received the item. They advised it was caught up in customs and refused to cancel. Which to me made no sense because it was listed as a US seller. Then I got 4 e-mails stating that the seller's account had been hacked. I thought I was scammed and tried to cancel the transaction but E-Bay wouldn't let me so I contacted my CC company. Confusing. Also low quality item.
