The seller indicated that the product was open box... never used... but the camera had a scratch on the lens frntal.... additional sent inside the box items not corresponding to use with the camera (see attached photo). the seller stole the Premium Lens Protectors which cost $35 so he improved his profit by selling...Reply from: in*between*days- Feedback replied by seller in*between*days.- Feedback replied by seller in*between*days.I purchased this brand new at Costco, never even took the plastic film off the lens. Buyer messaged me claiming the lens was scratched and guards were missing. Demanded a partial refund. Knowing his game, I offered a 100% refund if he wanted to send it back. He kept it, left neg. Frustrating for sellers that Ebay allows this behavior. I sold it for $100 less than I paid, accidentally included a spare attachment I had purchased for it, which the buyer oddly complained about as well. Go figure.
