The mug was exactly as described and the perfect replacement for the one which failed a “bounce test”. The shipping took a tad bit longer than expected; USPS sent from seller’s state to a second state, back to seller’s state, then to ours. Not complaining -> seller had no hand in USPS affairs. Long story short: wife is happy. I am happy. Thank you!!
