      I’m extremely sorry that I have to leave negative feedback. However, I contacted the seller concerning my issue about the condition of the bag, only to receive negatively. Actually, the seller reported me to EBay saying I had made a threat with negative feedback. Which I did not. Perhaps this seller was anger with something or someone else & decided to vent on me, the buyer. Unfortunately, seller like this has given me pause as to why I shop EBay. Perhaps, Amazon is a better option.

      Buying and selling 20+ years on eBay, buyer account less than 1. Best Offer was accepted. There was no return or refund request. Correspondence with buyer after purchase follows: "I don’t like leaving negative feedback. Had I know it was so bad, I would have never purchased it. Very disappointed." Our response: "I'm very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the purchase. Item is as described in pre-owned and used condition. I whole heartedly disagree with rough comment. Pictures show condition."
