    Love the purse but was delivered in a milk carton that had been cut on all 4 sides and then taped together. It came smashed and ripped open and the purse hanging out. Shipping cost should be returned, not happy the purse was hanging out of the packaging.

    I am very sorry about the way the item arrived. I guarantee you that it did not leave in that condition. This damage clearly happened in the UPS process & I would encourage you to open a case with them. Can you please share any pictures of the backpack & any damage to it? I do recycle boxes for shipping but always ensure the items are wrapped to protect against rain, etc. I've never had one delivered in this condition. I hope you understand I can't monitor it once shipped. Again, my apologies
