Essentially the same as the mesoamericana glass mask, seller retracted and cancelled said order. Claimed " red flag" with my questions, sorry if being friendly is a bad thing now, seller was rude and arrogant and in reality a disgrace to Hispanic artisans work and culture.

You failed to read and follow my instructions on how to combine the shipping for overseas purchases. You repeatedly told me that you were using your mother's phone and computer for the purchase, that set off "red flags" and that combined with your not speaking the language of the country you live in and wanted to shipped to, made me feel that this was a risky sale. You also did not have any personal information on your ebay page at the time of this sale. I chose to protect my business.

Seller retracted sale after purchase, quite rude and arrogant lady also, not much help from eBay or PayPal or the forum as such, I'd love to know the full reasons, I got in a slight middle with combining postage for items but I used the discounts and to my understanding I could only use one code per item and also the cost difference would of been negligible.

Beautiful, handmade necklace! I visited central Mexico about 30 years ago but, did NOT purchase many souvenirs. So, 3 decades later, I bought a handmade, black clay necklace. Hilary also included a very, fragrant, lavender, handmade sachet of Day of the Dead fabric as a bonus. The necklace came in a box with some cushion. It was quickly shipped and arrived safely. Also, Hilary was easy to work with and responded quickly to my inquiries.
