The seller was slow at shipping my item as it showed label created for three days before shipped at Post Office. And the seller filed a missing item and claim to receive their money back before Ebay even ended their investigation when I filed item not received. My Post Office said the seller filed the missing claim and the item was sent back to them. However, YOU filed an eBay claim immediately thereafter which tied my hands. I am the only one that lost anything in this transaction. I HAVE NOT received the item back contrary to you statement, and I have to wait until September 15th to file a claim with the USPS. You are and have been very unreasonable, and now being dishonest!
