Sent an offer for a SFF PC that was supposed to include blue drive caddies and have all rubber feet according to description. When item was received one of the rubber feet was missing... the PC was dirty... and it was missing the drive caddies. So what do I do? I sent a message requesting a refund for the damages... and false item description for what was a throw a way PC!!! See their unprofessional reply below in the pictures.
