I ordered 5 sets and arrived in 2 separate shipping boxes. Great quality items and all new, unsealed sets that are hard to find locally. Everything looks great. Value is good as some stores resell individual boxes (not the full set) for higher prices. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend ordering From Japan Souvenirs! Will order again!

    I ordered a plush and it was just as described, just packed a bit tight in a box (no big deal). The issue I had was the shipping time. I bought this item on Aug. 7th, on the 14th it was marked as shipped but with no tracking#. I messaged them on the 22nd, got a reply saying there was a mistake in shipping 2 days later, saw it got a tracking# on the 28th, shipped next day and arrived on Sep. 9th. I know imports are a pain, but you should take care to make sure the item has actually been sent.
