    Can’t ship something if we aren’t near it. We did nothing wrong just asked them to close the case because it ties the money up. Yes we were on vacation shame on us for taking a break. We have great feedback because we do the right thing sorry, but not sorry. Someone else will get the bag no problem you got your money back
