    This was not a brand-new item. Box was opened and taped shut. Looked like one of the plastic numbered bags was opened and sealed shut again. The box had some kind of mess on one side. The seller made me go through eBay to return and get a refund instead of issuing one to me. Would never do business with again.

    The item is new. The box was taped shut to reinforce the side that was coming open. You sent me an inappropriate message but despite that I did accept the return and refunded you promptly.
