    I apologized profusely for the USPS losing the item and even refunded. Instead buyer was nasty and left negative feedback. I guess mistakes never happen to her! I'm just sad i can leave negative feedback for her, so others will know wheat they are getting into before they sell to her. This was all over a $10 sham!
