    Packaging was excellent. I'm really glad to have this coffee pot again. Mine was lost in a fire. I wish, however, that the seller had pointed out the areas where the base has been damaged and where a piece of the jug is missing. The damaged areas are very obvious when you set up the unit. The price I paid seems high for the condition of the unit.
